Terms and conditions
Rates are for two people per night and include VAT 10% and breakfast when especified. Hotel reserves the right to adjust prices if taxes change before the departure of the guest.

All bookings to be secured by a 30% deposit at the time of booking.

All accounts to be cleared before guests departure.

Credit Cards accepted: VISA & MASTER or deposit in our Bank account.

Cancellation fees:
Less than 21 days before arrival: 30% of total charges. Less than 7 days prior to arrival date during the high season: 70% of total charges. Day before, same day or no-show fee or departure prior to scheduled date: 100% of total charges.

Restrictions:
Due to the location of the property (far away from village), can not warranty normal function of electronic media of payment (TPV or internet access.
